This is achieved, for example, bythe tips of the threads are turned off and thus become flat.
    According to a preferred embodiment, the first and alternatively the second existcylindrically shaped part (2 and 6) of fi reinforced material, such as carbon fiber.

    DESCRIPTION OF AN EMBODIMENTThe device (1) consists of a structural part (housing) (4) which comprises a hollowcylindrically shaped first part (tube) (2) and at one end a (male) threaded part (3)containing a cylindrically shaped second part (tube or rod) (6) having adiameter which enables the second part (6) to be substantially flawlessdisplaced in the axial direction relative to the first cylindrical part (2). Thethe second cylindrical part (6) is solid or hollow. Construction part (housing) (4)also comprises a cylindrical part (head) (5), with a female threaded inside,through which the first cylindrically shaped part (2) and its thread (3) canscrewed and pushed. The first cylindrical part (2) can be locked in axialdirection (x) and also in angled position when the first cylindrical part (2) is locatedin a substantially unfolded position. The cylindrical part (head) (5) is rotatable, andallows, when the first cylindrically shaped part (tube) (2) is substantially completeunfolded, that the first and second cylindrical part (tubes) (2 and 6) can be angled andlock. When angling, an angle (a) arises between the axial direction and the firstthe cylindrical part (2), (and the other cylindrical part (6)). The stackel device canalso directed laterally by turning the entire device.
